This time we had the pleasure of working with David and he provided the same great quality service. Our unit was 15 years old and he laid out options, pros and cons, and estimate time for all options. I called Burns Garage Door for assistance for the second time... and for good reason! Of no relation to previous work done over a year ago, my spring broke last night. My garage door was a lead weight. I called Burns Garage Door first thing this morning and they asked if an appointment between 3-5 today would be ok. Of course! David showed up promptly at 3, replaced the spring and was done at a reasonable price. He was done within an hour. There was no upselling, haggling, or anything other than what I asked for - to replace the spring and make the door work again. David was very friendly and a pleasure to have work at my home. For the second time, I highly recommend this company for your garage door needs.

One of the springs on our garage door broke leaving us unable to open the garage door. The company who had serviced the door before wasn't able to come out for at least 4 days so I checked the Nextdoor app for recommendations from our neighbors in the area. Several mentioned Burns Garage Door & Opener and I decided to give them a try. I called them early in the morning and they said David could be there between 11am and 1pm the same day! He called me a few minutes before 11 to let me know he would be there by 11. He was extremely courteous and polite, took one look at the Problem and said he could fix it within 45 minutes on the spot. The price seemed very fair to us so we agreed. David did an outstanding job and it ended up taking less than 30 minutes. We are very grateful for the quick and great service, especially on a holiday weekend and can highly recommend Burns!

Calling Burns Garage Door was the best decision. During the phone consultation I specified all the features I wanted in the new garage door opener and scheduled the install for the next day. David showed up with the perfect opener, installed it in an hour, and walked me through all the features before leaving. Very professional and reasonably priced.

They serviced our garage door which became dislodged from its tracks. He put the door (and cable) back in the track and conducted a full service, including a service of the sensor and up/down resistance, and lubrication. The problem occurred late in the afternoon. They originally wanted to schedule the appointment for the following day, but when I expressed concern about the need for a "quick fix", Patty made the effort, and was able to schedule accordingly even though it had to be in the early evening. I was sincerely impressed by their professionalism and genuine concern for their clients.

Even though the service occurred at the end day, which happened to be a considerably hot one, he spent a significant amount of time discussing the problem, and the ongoing maintenance that I could perform to prevent further occurrences. He further explained in detail the workings of the door, opener, and sensor, which entailed the safety considerations of the resistance settings, which was of particular importance since I have young children. I was also surprised by the low cost considering the "emergency" nature of the call.

We had been having problems with our garage door operating properly for several weeks. My phone call was handled pleasantly and professionally. I was thrilled someone was working the day after Thanksgiving. Someone was able to come out the same day I called. Mike was punctual and professional.

After asking me some questions about how the door was operating, he explained to me (a woman), in language I could understand, exactly what he was going to do to correct the problem. He also told me that the service fee came with a 30 day warranty, so if we were still encountering the same problem, he would come back out. I was extremely satisfied with this service.

Replaced torsion spring, door cables and reprogrammed garage door opener. Also lubricated joints & fixed kink in garage door. Just moved in and garage door was broken. I read the Burns Garage Door reviews and decided to call around 2:30 pm and had same day service at around 4:30 pm. Mike came and fixed torsion spring first and also replaced the cables that were missing. Also bought a remote control from him. Everything works perfectly.
